The program consists in creating a living room bathed in light, therefore the project deploys as many windows as possible while working in continuity with the existent: white concrete evokes stone and anthracite zinc evokes the roof slate. All the implementations are designed according to a High Environmental Quality approach: the structure, zinc, and joinery are locally bio-sourced; the insulation is made of wood wool, the linings are made of fermacell®, the veneers are formaldehyde-free and the paint is environmentally friendly.
