The project is part of a circular economy approach that promotes the use of recycled materials.
Since the main waste produced by office employees is paper and plastic, the project proposes the use of a composite material based on recycled cellulose and polypropylene.
This material is particularly suitable for outdoor use and is available as veneer inside the building. The interior acoustic comfort is ensured by the use of cellulose wadding and all linings are made of bio-sourced materials and recycled cellulose. The coffee and tea grounds are recycled into compost for the terrace planters where herbs and vegetables bloom to the delight of budding gardeners.
